10. Khidki Vada Pav

Mr and Mrs Vaze started selling vada pavs out of the window of their house in 1968, because they really needed the money. People loved the way they prepared the vada pavs and soon they called them khidkivadas, which they trademarked in 1991. Their hot vada pavs are still loved by the residents to this day!
