Dubai hotel pool and beach day passes are one of my favourite ways to do the five-star version of the city without paying for a room. The best bit is not even the pool. A surprising number of passes are fully redeemable on food and drinks, which means your actual pool cost can work out to AED0.
I checked the current 2026 offers directly where possible and ranked these cheapest first. Prices and inclusions can change quickly, so I have flagged the deals with fixed end dates and linked the booking page for every spot.

The best Dubai pool passes from AED50 to AED100
1. Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, AED50 weekdays
Worth the detourThis is the bargain I would start with. The weekday pass is AED50, weekends are AED75, and the full amount is redeemable on food and drinks. You also get pool and sunbed access, the Sheraton Fitness Centre, 30% off extra F&B and 25% off Niyama Spa. The current offer runs through 30 September 2026.
2. Element Al Jaddaf, AED60
A rooftop pool with skyline views for AED60 is already good. The fact that the entire AED60 comes back as F&B credit makes it much better. Adults are AED60, children under 12 are AED30, and there is 20% off additional F&B spend. Important: the current published offer ends 31 August 2026, so I would only book this while the live offer page still shows it.
3. JA Beach Hotel, AED100 weekdays
Sachi’s value pickThis is probably the strongest AED100 day pass in the city. Monday to Thursday is AED100 and fully redeemable on dining, with access to the private beach, Anchor Pool, Palmito Pool and Just Splash Waterpark. Friday to Sunday rises to AED200. Children under six are complimentary and ages 6 to 12 get 50% off.
4. Anantara Downtown Dubai, AED100
If you want a calmer Business Bay pool day, this one is simple: pay AED100, get AED100 credit to spend on food and drinks. The pool deck runs 8am to 8pm and the pass also includes 30% off Anantara Spa treatments. Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours ahead.
5. Azure Beach at Rixos Premium JBR, AED100
Best ladies’ dealAED100 is fully redeemable, with access to Azure’s pool and beach. The bigger deal is Monday to Friday, when the first 50 ladies get complimentary entrance. Pool hours are 10am to 7pm. Azure notes that family-pool arrangements can shift during renovation periods, so check the live page before taking children.
6. Beach by FIVE, AED100 weekdays
If you want a Palm beach day rather than a quiet hotel pool, Beach by FIVE starts at AED100 on weekdays and AED150 on weekends, both fully redeemable on food and drinks. The pass includes a sunbed and towels. This is the louder, more social one on this list.
AED129 to AED150: the sweet spot for pool + beach
7. Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, AED129 weekdays
AED129 on weekdays and AED175 on weekends, fully redeemable on food and drinks. You get pool, private beach and Kids Club access. Children aged 6 to 12 are free on weekdays and AED85 on weekends. The current offer page shows validity through 30 September 2026.
8. Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, AED150
Best Palm valueThis is the Palm pass I would check first. The current day-pass offer is AED150 per adult, fully redeemable at MYAMI and Bal Harbour, with access to the main resort pool and Bal Harbour Beach. The dedicated offer page says it is valid seven days a week through 30 September 2026. Children 16 and under are listed as complimentary when accompanying parents on that offer, although other Marriott pages show different child pricing, so use the booking page terms on your date.
9. 25hours Hotel One Central, AED150
The rooftop pool looks straight across to the Museum of the Future, and the AED150 pass is fully redeemable on food and drinks. The hotel spa site currently lists daily access from 7am, with children five and under free and ages six and above AED75. No reservation is required and entry is first come, first served.
10. Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, AED150 weekdays
This one is less about getting every dirham back and more about getting the full resort setting. Sunday to Thursday is AED150 per adult with AED50 dining credit. Friday, Saturday and public holidays are AED250 with AED150 dining or spa credit. You get beach and pool access among the resort’s lagoon-style setting.
11. One&Only One Za’abeel, Garden Pool Day Pass
Worth the detourThis is the polished city-pool option I would add when you want something that feels more resort than rooftop. The Garden Pool sits on Level 4 with greenery, shaded loungers and a swim-up bar. The current official day-pass page confirms full-day access and fully redeemable food and beverage credit. The Garden Pool is temporarily closed until 3 September 2026, so book for dates after it reopens. The Infinity Pool at The Link is separate and reserved for hotel guests.
AED250 Palm splurges that still return some value
12. Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, AED250
For a quieter Palm day, Kempinski’s current hotel page lists a Pool & Beach Day Pass at AED250 per person with all-day pool and beach access plus a dining voucher. It is not the cheapest pass here, but if you want a slower, resort-first day rather than a beach-club scene, this is the lane.
13. Raffles The Palm Dubai, AED250
Weekdays are the stronger deal here. The AED250 adult pass is fully redeemable on food and drinks by the pool and beach. On weekends the price stays AED250 but only AED150 is redeemable. The pass runs from 9am to 7pm and includes outdoor pool, beach, lockers and changing rooms.
How I would choose one
If all you want is a pool and lunch, Sheraton Dubai Creek is difficult to beat at AED50. If you have kids, JA Beach Hotel gives you the most actual stuff for the money. For JBR, Azure is the fun option and Sheraton Jumeirah is the family option. On the Palm, Marriott is the first price I would check before paying AED250 anywhere else.
If you are building a whole cheap Dubai day around this, pair it with my things to do in Dubai under AED100, my AED50 Dubai Frame review, or the best Dubai museums open in 2026.
