In order to fix it, Peleton, the workout app, is now offering a free 90-day subscription! Yes, you read that right. This basically means you are sorted for a good 3 months, and it includes updated workout routines, strength training and yoga. One of the few great free apps in the fitness realm

While browsing through free apps on the App Store, I came across HIIT Workout. This one is basically ideal for those who want a slightly intense workout, as it involves exercises that are sure to burn fat faster. They have beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, so you can start slow and build your stamina, as you head towards the more advanced level. Download here
Lose Weight in 30 Days
This too, just like HIIT Workout, is a completely free app, except this includes a routine set of workouts AND meal plans for free! You can, however, create a customized routine plan based on your requirement, for an additional fee. Otherwise, the app works just as fine and you don’t even have to spend a dime!

Drop Recipes
A simple and easy to use app, where you can search for meal recipes based on preferences such as the cooking style (quick and easy, one-pot, under 30-minute, etc), appliance used and meal type. Now you might be wondering why should I download an app when Youtube offers tons of it, which is also for free.
