- Smoqoholic The owner himself has engineered the shisha’s to make it a smoother experience. It’s the newest in Dubai town, go early to avoid disappointment since it really fills up quickly. Seafood lovers you will rejoice because the menu is dominantly seafood and is supposed to be excellent. As for me, I sure did miss my fries! Flavour to try : Paan & Pomegranate
- Just T Restaurant and Cafe
My most favorite place in Dubai. Why? Amazing cheap shisha, great options for snacking and board games.
They even pump up the music after 10 pm which really sets the mood for all the ardent Bollywood lovers! This is one of the best places to have paan sheesha in Dubai that also happens to be budget-friendly!

- Tea Junction
As the name suggests, this place specializes in tea! Best best best zaffran tea and really good shisha as well. You will see group of people huddled over their laptops – a good place to catch up and for small meetings! Ladies! They have free sheesha for women every Tuesday from 4-7pm

- Exit Restaurant and Cafe Not the best ambience but it’s a great place to have a quick catch-up with your friends. *Girls have free shisha Flavor to try: Double Apple *But you need to order one beverage to get the free shisha
